最公開的行動當中往往隱藏著最秘密的計謀。

The most secret plots are often hidden in the most open actions.

太陽，太陰：太，極，極大。此句意指:非常公開的事物裡，往往蘊藏著非常機密的計謀。

Sun, Moon: Tai, extreme, extremely large. This sentence means: Very public things often contain very confidential strategies.

陰謀作為，不能背於秘處行之。

Conspiracies cannot be carried out in secret. 

夜半行竊，僻巷殺人，愚俗之行，非謀士之所為也。

Stealing in the middle of the night and killing people in a secluded alley are the actions of a foolish and vulgar person and are not what a wise man would do.

A true strategist plans things clearly and does them clearly, and yet he is able to achieve the desired results.

Stealing things in the middle of the night when no one is looking and killing people in a dark alley are just stupid and vulgar behaviors,
